INTRODUCTION

elcome to the comprehensive instruction on the usage of GlobalDosh.com pre-paid internet shopping card. The aim of this write up is to provide the end user an error free internet shopping experience using our payment solution. Effort have been made to make this information as detailed as possible, however if you require additional information, please contact us.

 

THE SYSTEM

1.                  Sign –up

a.      

Please click on the new account link to register as a new user…
 
All users of the system are required to sign–up, that is, register online at www.GlobalDosh.com, it is free.

 

b.      Click on the new Account link as shown above

c.       Fill in the form and please remember your password (For security reason it will NOT be emailed to you)

 

Note: You need a valid email address, and please remember your password, It will not be email to you…
 

d.      On submission of the form, go to your email (the one used above), click on the email from GlobalDosh.com to retrieve your account number. Do not delete this mail; the account number is your passport to your account details. You will need it to log on to the members area of the site, please note, GlobalDosh will not send you your password for extra security reason, it is very important that you remember it during your registration above. Remember to change your password from time to time.

 

e.       With your account information, you can now log on to the members area of the site

f.        Enter your account number and password, click on the submit button as shown below.

g.       You will now be presented to your account page where you can upload your card/voucher, check your account details and balance, transfer money from one account to another. Please remember to log out of the page when you are through.

 

Please remember to log out when you are through, or you may have to wait for an hour for your session to time out
 

2.                 Top –up

a.       Buy GlobalDosh.com voucher from any accredited outlet,

b.      Log on to your account as shown previously.

c.       Click on the Upload GD Link as shown below

d.      Scratch off your voucher scratch panel to reveal your voucher card number

e.       Enter the card number without any space(s) between the digits

f.        Enter the value of the card in GD, (e.g. for a £10 card, enter 1000)

g.       Click on the “up Load”

Click on the Up Load button after entering your card number and a card value in GD
 

 

 

h.      If successful you will receive this message

 

i.        You may also click on the link Check Balance to confirm…

j.        Please note, your account can not be in negative or zero.

 

3.     Shop –up

(Option 1- from GD accredited e-merchant)

    1. Visit any site that accepts GD mode of payment (check the "go shopping" link on GlobalDosh.com homepage for a complete list)
    2. Make all necessary purchases into your shopping cart
    3. At checkout, select “GDPay” as payment option
    4. In the “GDPay” form presented to you, please enter your account number and password, then click on the submit button
    5. Your account is checked for available credit and debited
    6. Your order is processed after taken your delivery information
    7. Your goods will be delivered accordingly, simply...it's a cash thing

 

 

(Option 2- from any e-merchant website)

a.       To shop on any website trading globally in a, British Pound Sterling (£), b, US Dollars ($), or c, EU Euro (€), then visit www.GDProxy.com

b.      Register as a user in GDproxy.com by clicking the "join us" button on the home page, fill and submit the form and you are ready to go shopping immediately

 

 

c.       Click on the "shop" button on GDProxy.com homepage

d.      Follow the on screen instruction on the shop page or click on the help link on the page for more information,

e.       For experienced users, you can click on the "browse" button to open a new browser for navigating to the website you are interested in shopping from, copy the following from the website unto GDProxy.com shop form

Please use the request for quote button for online services, subscriptions, other payments and if the website do not deliver to your country

Please note, for ease of transactions and for prompt services, sometimes it may be better to use the request for quote options when you are unsure of some hidden cost that you may incur in your transaction(s). Most of this cost involves freight, taxes and handling charges. This will reduce unnecessary endless emails and overall delay in your order and your account may be debited in the interim.

Request for quote is easy and a more reliable way to know all you will be charged before incurring any cost.

Also when filling the standard form below, be aware of the delivery date of the website and if the product is out of stock.
