• On our homepage (www.globaldosh.com) click on "New account"

• Click on "Calculate" to fill in your age as this will determine account type

• Enter your correct details because this may be needed for other services and click on "Submit"

• You will receive a success page if your account has been opened successfully

Special advice/requirements:

• You must have a valid email address and access to the account as your account details will be sent to that address.

• You must remember your chosen password as we will not resend your password with the account details

• On our home page or on any other page where you see "Login" or "Login Account" Click on the link

• Enter the account number as sent to you in the welcome email after signing up.

• Enter your chosen password which we will not resend with the welcome email

• Click on "Submit" to log in.

• Log in to the members area and click "Upload GD"

• Enter the voucher's 16-digit pin from the scratch-able panel at the back of your top-up voucher or card.

• Enter the value of the voucher in GD points only i.e 1000, 2000 or 5000 [500 in the case of complimentary vouchers].

• Repeat the process for every voucher if you are loading multiple vouchers.

• You will be informed immediately if your upload is successful or not.

• You can check your updated balance immediately by clicking on "Check Balance".

• You can check debit and credit entries on your account for the last 30 days by clicking on "Account Details"

• On accredited websites, just choose the GlobalDosh Pay button as option at check out.

• You will be prompted to confirm or edit the items on the website's shopping cart.

• Once you click the GDPay button, the transaction details will be passed on to GlobalDosh.com for authorisation.

• You will be presented with a log-in form for verification.

• Your order will be authorised or rejected by GlobalDosh.com depending on you having enough credit for the transaction.

• Your Account will be debited for the transaction and the merchant account credited automatically.

• The merchant will confirm the success of failure of your transaction immediately.

• Your product or service will either be shipped or made available instantly.

• The log-in details requested on the website is directly from GlobalDosh.com and the website does not have access to those details.

Using your GlobalDosh eWallet/Account on GlobalDosh-accredited and non-accredited websites i.e any legitimate website globally.

• Go to www.gdproxy.com, the officially approved proxy shopper for GlobalDosh eWallet/Account holders.

• Click on "Browse" to open a new page or click the tab button on your browser to open a new tab in the same window. And navigate to the website where you intend to shop.

• Click on "Shop" link on www.gdproxy.com or alternatively for beginners, to split the shop window and display a step by step instructions on the left hand side of the shop window click Here or go to http://gdproxy.com/combinedview.html

• Fill all the details requested in the "Your details" and "Order Details" sections of GDProxy.com shop form.

• Copy or type in all the information required in GDProxy.com shop page from the website you are shopping from using the following quick methods                                                       -[To copy, highlight the text and right click the highlighted text choose copy [CTRL+C]]                -[To paste, right click where you want to paste the text copied into and choose paste [CTRL+V]] 

• Click on "Calculate" in the "Cost Summary" section to calculate the grand total and amount due in GD points.

• Click on the link provided in the "Cost Summary" box to log into your GlobalDosh Account to effect necessary transfer in GD points to GDProxy.com.

• Once in your GlobalDosh Account, transfer the GD points required to GDProxy.com's Merchant Account Number 1213 and note the details as show under the "Account Details"                                      [Important: ensure that you log out of your GlobalDosh Account before continuing]

• Back on "Cost Summary" page, enter the details copied from your GlobalDosh's "Account Details" i.e date and time of transaction as shown in your "Account Details"

• Fill the "Shipping info" section accordingly. 

• Click "Submit" to continue. 

• On the "Summary page" check and confirm the details presented or edit as appropriate.

• Click "Confirm Order" to complete the order.

• GDProxy.com will send an initial confirmation email for the order automatically.

• Your order will then be processed by GDProxy.com's automated processor on confirmation of your payment into their GDProxy.com Merchant Account No:1213

• Your order will then be delivered all as per GlobalDosh guaranteed delivery or money-back promise.
